Fitzgerald Lewis is an attorney specializing in the
areas of immigration, criminal law, bankruptcy and civil
litigation. He currently practices in the District of
Columbia District Courts, District of Columbia Court
of Appeals, U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of
Columbia, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, the 4th
Circuit Court of Appeals, the Virginia Supreme Court
and the United States Supreme Court. |

He is the founder of Lewis & Associates
of Falls Church, Virginia, and is associating with Washington,
DC Associates, PLLC to assist clients in his areas of expertise.
He
graduated cum laude from Miami Christian College (now part of the
Trinity University System) and he received his Doctor of Jurisprudence
degree from Northwestern School of Law at Lewis and Clark College
in 1991.
Mr. Lewis was admitted to the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania Bar
in 1991. Mr. Lewis worked as an Assistant District Attorney in
Portland, Oregon during the final year of his law school. After
graduating from law school, Mr. Lewis joined the U.S. Government
as a litigation attorney and later moved to Washington, D.C. During
his time with the Federal government, Mr. Lewis received three
Bronze Medals from the US-EPA and received a commendation from
the Congress of the United States of America. Congressman Solomon
P. Ortiz of Texas stated that Mr. Lewis' "legal guidance and
regulatory interpretation are outstanding and contributed significantly...." to
the donation of the aircraft carrier USS Lexington from the United
States Navy.
Mr. Lewis represented the Government in high profile cases against
AT&T, Ciba-Geigy, Monsanto, Alaska Pipeline, Exxon-Mobil, Shell
Oil, Minolta, et al. He was responsible for generating millions
of dollars in penalties.
Mr. Lewis is listed in the Who's Who of American Law Students and
Who's Who in America.
He is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association,
American Bar Association, American Trial Lawyers Association, Virginia
Trial Lawyers Association, the Federal Bar Association and the
Cornelius Honor Society, (appointed by the Northwestern Law School).
Mr. Lewis has appeared on Voice of America radio broadcasts and
on PAX Network television, Canadian Broadcasting System, CNN, NBC,
ABC and other international television networks. Mr. Lewis has
authored several articles on business and investor immigration
to the United States. His weekly syndicated immigration column
known as "Immigration Corner" appeared in several newspapers
of interest to the migrant community. Additionally, Mr. Lewis gives
advice weekly on International TV, Channel 56.
